We stand behind every item we sell. It is our policy never to encumber our customers with goods damaged or defective. If there is ever such a problem, please contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the exceedingly unlikely event that you receive from us any item that is damaged or defective, you must first notify us via email within three days of the date of delivery. Once we have authorized the return, you must ship the item within four days to the address we will provide. We strongly suggest you use trackable shipping such as FedEx, UPS, Or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, because we assume no responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. Returned items MUST be unopened, and in fit condition for selling. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either replace the item at no further cost to you, or refund the full purchase price to you, one or the other at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Non-delivered items are handled in similar fashion. All situations involving claims of damaged or lost goods will be processed according to USPS regulations and procedures; we will not hold up your refund or replacement for USPS validation, but you should be aware that USPS investigators will contact you, and that you are required to cooperate with them.

Information submitted to us is available only to employees managing this information for the purposes of contacting you or sending you emails related to specific transactions, or pursuant to a specific request by you for information.
